To day I am going to check my eyesight. My eyesight is getting worse. And I have not checked it in over 8 years. However, I have waited becouse it is so expensive to get glasses. Now I have the money to get a new pair. I for one do not like using lenses, and I am worried to have to use progressive glasses, those are way to expensive to me. (about 6 000 sek). But I shore do need a new pair of glasses.
I can not think of lenses, it seems to much to handle for me. I can not think of having to put my fingers in my eys. And I have heard from others that it can give your eyes problems like, scrape - flowing eyes.
What do you prefer eyeglasses or eyelenses?

My eyesight has gon worse since I checked last time. I got an explanation of why I sleep a lot, and why I have my head aces. I needed new pair of glasses, and this time I had to have progressive. The amount of cos is 6 040 sek. A lot of money, but will help me feel better, and stop being so tired. I learned something new, and something I can use in my work.

I know you mean contact lenses when you speak of eyelenses. I have been wearing
glasses for the past 41 years of my life. When I was younger I only wore glasses but
when I got older they came out with contacts that people with astigamisms could
wear so I started wearing them.
They were easy to put in after you get used to it. And it only takes about a week to
get used to it. I thought the same way as you do but like I said you get used to them.
After wearing contact lenses for about 15 years I couldn't wear them anymore. My eyes
changed to where I needed to wear progressive so contacts were out of the question.
So I wore glasses, progressive, for about 7 years and got sick of wearing glasses
I went and got my eyes lasered permanitly. That was only 2 months ago, not quite.
Now I don't have to wear contacts or glasses anymore. Except to read. Then I have
to wear reading glasses.
Alrighty then, talk to you later,
your friend Chris.

Well, I have to use progressive this time and had to change. I never have thought about contact lenses. Progressive glasses is rather expensive, but I have to have them. I have head aces, I am tired and my eyes are sore some days. I have not been god to my eys, since I waited very long time to check them out. But this week I will get them and to be honest, I really look forward to use them, even though the cost of 6 000 sek.
thank you chris for responding, I have seen you repsonses more then once....I hope you have a great sunday evening.

Personally I like glasses, infact i think if the right glasses that suit a persons face is picked glasses can look lovely on a person, they have very nice frames these days so much so some people look better with glasses than they do without...

Well I wished I had someone with me today when I have to try out a pair of new glasses. It is a hard task to do. You never know what suits you the best. But I hope they will help with that. It is important, you should use them evry day and feel satisfied, you can not go back with them and change just like that. I hope I will find a god pair.
