High blood pressure, also called hypertension , is a common problem and needs regular monitoring. Doctors identify high blood pressure when the Sphygmomanometer reading is 140/90 mmHg or more. This malady can lead to kidney failure, heart attacks and other debilitating health conditions. Would you have some good preventive?

as long as it is not so serious, i won't take medicine because once i take it, i should take it all the time. i would rather lower blood pressure with a diet. foods such as celery, onion, kelp, vinegar can relieve hypertension.
