executable folders

hello everyone! do you have antivirus or something that will help me recover my files? All folders in my pc turned into executable files.. i can open some folders but will automatically close after a second, which i can't even double click or copy to open it. How i can recover my files? please help. Thanks a lot.

Take your hard drive out of your computer and put it in a usb drive caddy (cost about £15).
Then plug the caddy into another PC and see if you can then read your old hard drive and files.
Run anti-virus to check your old drive.
Then, if you can, move your files to a usb memory stick/flash drive.
Then put your hard drive back and see if you can now use it. If not, re-format and re-load Windows and your motherboard software.
