Are there any good ptc sites with free offers?

I have been trying to make a little extra cash on line with e-mails,ads and the like. I am also trying to find a site where a lot of the offers are free. Some of the sites I have been hooked up with have offers and by the end I have to order all kinds of things. Any help? Thanks for any replies.
