sometimes the pic i post can be seen

but sometimes it can't be seen,i try it twice,but nothing,welcome to abuse them

who can tell me the reason?is that for format or size,one of them is limited?

Most people have this problem before they reach 500 posts. At 500 posts it is a privilege mylot grants. So since you haven't reached that number yet, that may be part of the difficulty. You may find more information going over the mylot facts.
