Should Eating More Of Fruits other than Food make one more Healthier?

Hello mylottians i noticed of late that when i eat more fruits i dont get tired easily and tend to feel much more healthier also. I would like to know which fruits are best to eat more so as to stay healthier, i would appreciate your recommendations so much which should aid me in knowing the fruits to stock my fridge with. A lot of dietitians and nutritionists will tell you all the various nutrients in each fruit, but I will just tell you this. Know what is in season in your area any particular time of year. There should always be several. Concentrate on those, but add others that keep well. I like the hard fruits like apples to keep as a staple during cold weather and some citrus also. Then pick what ever is the least expensive to supplement them with. Grapes are always a good choice and have many health benefits. If you have the patience to eat the pulp off the seeds, pomegranates are very nutritious and have a wide range of health benefits.

it might but i think if would be better to eat a well balance meal
