Carpet Dent?

How many times have you gone to move furniture and had carpet dents? Here's a cool solution. Place an ice cube in the depression and let it melt. The fibers will absorb the water and expand. Blot excess moisture with a towel and vacuum to even out the fibers.

That is so awesome I was thinking bout that today when I moved some furniture to vaccuum. I will definitely use this technique next time.

thank you for the good hint. I have tried this and it works sometimes, when it doesn't it's because of the type of carpet.
