rummaging of gifts

hi there! i got married early last year. although we got more cash gifts than gift items, we still got about 50 of them. while we appreciate the thought, we could not use most of the gifts because we are living with my in-laws and everything is pretty much there. we don't have plans of separating in the near future. i am afraid that the electrical appliances will just ruin be destroyed with storage and since we need closet space for the baby, we thought of selling some of the bigger gifts, like the rice cookers, oven toasters, and coffee maker. we will be giving away one item this christmas to a suitable recipient. but for now, i am rummaging through my closet on what i take away. at the same time, we can still use the money for other things, like pay bills. what do you think about this? take care all and God bless you! :-D
