As we all know, workout is beneficial to our health, so I believe most of you must have regular workout. For me, I don't like doing exercise in a gym, so I prefer some aerobic exercises for workout, such as walking, long distance jogging, swimming etc. I started a discussion to share my experience of losing weight just by walking, and I still keep walking after dinner every day. It's a good way for workout especially when you don't have enough time. When it's weekend, I usually do the long-distance jogging to the foot of a hill nearby, and it's also a perfect aerobic exercise. Swimming is one of my favoriate exercise. It is said swimming helps a lot to shape our body. I wanna get a better figure, so swimming has always been in my workout list. How about you, what do you choose for your workout? have a nice day!

Well,to do proper exercises is helpful to our health. And your workout list is colorful. For me, I choose Yoga, Tai Chi, and slowly walking. If I can go to the place by bike or by foot,I won't choose a bus or a bike. Do exercises in my daily life.

I do some jogging, sit up and push up. I am not aiming for something high but rather just to keep me healthy. Walking is a great exercise. I have read an article in a magazine that walking at least 20-30 minutes a day for at least 5 times a week, lessens the risk of heart attack and stroke. So do keep it up. Swimming likewise is a very good exercise.

The only exercise I do is to walk. In fact, I don't treat it as an exercise but an interest. Whenever I have time and my condition is fine, I walk for an hour after a day of working, before I take a bus to back home. I love watching at peoples, buildings, cars on the way. Sometimes, I even walk from my office to my home, which takes around 4 to 5 hours. My colleagues say that I am crazy, but they don't realize the beauty of walking~~ Oh by the way, I missed your discussion on losing weight by walking. Is it that effective? Since I didn't treat that as exercise and I walk only when I have time and condition is fine, I didn't do it on regular basis. If it is effective I will certain invest more time on it.

Yeah, swimmng helps us a lot in shaping our body. My teacher is more then 51 years old, but you can never believe that she has a very excellent stature. Yeah, that's the result of swimming. Actually, she swims about 1000 kilometres every morning. So, you know, we students also like to go swimming just like our teacher.
