When I was in my 1st year in college, I still lived with my auntie. She was very strict that my curfew was 5:00 pm!!!Imagine my class ends at exactly 5:00 so I really don't have time to chit-chat with my friends and discuss with them things concerning our subject for that day. My auntie easily gets mad at me when I don't go home immediately after class. I was a loner since I don't have bondings with my classmates. But when my mom allowed to transfer to another place away from my auntie, the boarding house I'm in set a 10:00 pm curfew. But I transferred again because I want more freedom so the last apartment I am in and the place that I'm still living has no curfew set. We can go home any time we want to. I mean college life is not only to burden yourself with studying but also to enjoy life as well..heheh,,,^^,

i do have a curfew before, when i was in 1st - 3rd year high school. and when i'm in 4th year, my parents became open to my time. they allow me to go home whenever i want to. they just text or call me to know where am i so that they won't worry.

I had a curfew up until the time I got my car (in March of this year; I was a freshman in college). My mother didn't like for me to be riding around in her car really late a night; she set my curfew around 1 a.m. When I got my own car, she didn't care!! I remember I came home around 11 o'clock one night and told her that I was leaving to go to Atlanta and wouldn't be back for a few days and she was like, "Okay. As long as you don't need me to do anything for ya!" Now, I have my own apartment, so i set my own curfew :)

I envy you. I was never allowed to decide by myself what time I want to go home or where I would like to go. My parents were very strict because our place is a bit dangerous when its getting dark so they want me to immediately go home after class. ^^,

hehe ^_^ I ony have got curfew when i was in primary school.. lol =D Even though my school was just opposite my house, but i always have to go home staright after school, and i was not allowed to play with my frenz.. BUt as i gorw slightly older, with extra lessons in school, my curfew was broken, and i always lied to my mom about extra lessons when i'm actually playing in school.. lol When when i'm, a teenager, i will always be home late, and no matter how, i will make sure i will go home, and so i think my only curfew will be as long as i'm home, it does not matter what it is.. lol

I also lied to my dad that I will go home late because I have some errands that my teacher wanted me to finish. But the truth was I was busy playing my favorite sports...BASEBALL!!!!

i am just thankful for i don't have any curfew. my parents are not that strict and that i am glad they have this trust with me whenever i arrive late from school. it is also good if you have a curfew. it will keep you safe and it just implies that your parents really showed care for you.
