Am curious to know what the purpose of life is! Why are we born? Why are we living? What is earth? Where do we go after death? What is the real purpose of this one lifetime that we get?According to me, no matter what the world is, who created it and what we are, I consider life the following way. We are born - that's not in our control We are going to be dead - that's not in our control either. What we are today is in our control. I want to make the best of out of it as that will give me a contented feeling which I can cherish for ever. That's what I am here for. Do what you think is the best. Do it diligently. Make others happy. Your happiness will automatically follow.

I recommend that you read the book of Rick Warren entitled The Purpose Driven Life. Definitely God has a reason why He created us, why we are here, why we suffer, why we have diseases, why we have failures, why we got angry and etc. During my contemplation and search for the answer I found one thing. The Lord loves us so much since He loves us He wants us here. All of those things boil down into one --- to LOVE and be LOVED!

I think life is all about being happy and making other happy which in turn makes us happy too...I don't think there is a big agenda for us other than making the most of that life, once we die i don't think we are really meant to know what there is but i believe it will be wonderful, something we will be amazed about but we must just make the most of this life the best we can.

yea. good to know that we think about life in the same wavelength. but that point of yours about what is in store beyond life attracted me! Yea, it would be amazing, full of surprises! But, at the same time, it will ruin your present day if you think too much about these stuff! So, I go with you! Live life as it is! Be happy and make others happy!
