Congratulation. (the act of acknowledging that someone has an occasion for celebration). When you congratulate someone do you really mean it? I would prefer to congratulate a person, person to person. If not that way I would prefer to do it by voice so that I at least hear there voice. Maybe voice mail, leave a message. The only other option will be writing email or letter. There are many ways to congratulate a person or people. What is your preference of congratulation someone?

Hmm.. I prefer congratulating them personally.. I mean what I say and I say what I mean.. ^_^ that is very important.. if I cannot reach them, i could congratulate them by SMS, calling them, or sending them cards through mail or e-mail... ^_^

i prefer to congratulate a person in person as well if i can... and of course i am being sincere when i congratulate someone... i don't like to act like a hypocrite... if i don't like the person, then i won't congratulate the person... take care and have a nice day...

With all that's going on in my life for the past 6 months, any way at all congratulating someone is good enough for me because I don't have time for myself much less time for others. However, I did get to tell my niece "Happy Anniversary" on her myspace page but that's about it. My mom's birthday is coming up so I want to be sure I remember that and get her something really nice to let her know how much I love her.

Congratulation, is good when you can at least let them know that they are in your thoughts, even if you don't have the time to be there.

Hi chevee! First I want to thank you for the lovely and very thoughtful comment that you left on my profile page for my year anniversary! I loved it! It was a great surprise! I really appreciate the thought! I never thought that my discussion which I posted at the last minute was going to take off like crazy like it did. But the real purpose for it was to get the word out and for me to help someone else if I could. But, your thoughful comment was a truly lovely gift and I was really happy to get it! I too would rather congratulate someone in person, but it isn't always possible to do so. So there are always other ways to get the message through! And sometimes they are just as effective!

You are quite welcome. And you deserve every ounce of it. Congratulation to me is a very strong word. That word can make you hold your head up high for a job well done.

I really congratulate, if a person really does a good thing....... I don't bother even if he is known to me or not..... Probably, I congratulate in person or I use other methods by sending him e-card, post card, messaging, or any other way, I just congratulate him/her......
