It irritates me when my brother uses the bathroom and leaves it dirty!!!

Grrrrr!!!!! I am so irritated with my eldest brother! He is so clumsy and messy when he uses my bathroom. I am always cleaning my bathroom everyday. Every morning it has always been my routine and I use it properly and leave it clean after every use. But my so annoying brother is so messy! He leaves the tiles with dirt from his slippers or shoes. I have placed a slipper for the bathroom by the door so anyone who will use the bathroom won't leave footwear marks on the tiles and he knows it. He also don't flush the toilet. He lets his pee stand overnight and it smells yucky in the morning! Even after taking a bath. Expect the bathroom to be dirty. I'd like to tell him that but his my eldest brother and I still have respect for him. His the sensitive type and I don't like him to feel being nagged but its really irritating. I remember my brother's wife told me once that he is really like that. But I think that bad behavior or habit (I don't know what to call it). Anyone in your family like my brother? How do you deal with it? When did you start training your kids in the proper use of the bathroom? How can I tell my brother about it without hurting his feelings?
