Do you continue to study during you are working?

I am curious that how many people can continue to learn after they graduated,will you do that?I have seen lots of people like this,they are working at the day and they also keep studying at the night.I think i am one of them,when i finished the work i will learn some thing about my work,sometime i read some books about finance, i hope i can improve my skill of work by is,of course,i don't interfere with work,business is business,work first! What about you guys?do you continue to study,why do you keep learning?
