My Doctor told me to stay away from caffeine.I have been looking for something other than drinks to drink.I never used any tea without caffeine.I feel it may be something to try.Coffee I do not like at all,if I drink it I fill it with sugar and milk, which is not good either. What do you drink?

I love tea. Freshly brewed tea especially. I am not that much a coffee lover but I like it when it is mild. But tea, I love it. I can drink tea how much ever strong it is. I like preparing tea too. First I boil water with tea powder and then add a little bit of milk after the water gets the aroma. and then add a little bit of sugar

Have you tried Rooibos tea? It isn't decaffeinated tea, its the leaves of the Red Bush of Africa. If you drink it during the day when you're active it gives you an energy boost, but if you drink it before you go to bed it will help you to relax and sleep. I think it is delicious without any sweetener added. It contains no caffeine. You could also try various herbal teas as most of those contain no caffeine, and you can drink them hot or iced however you prefer.

Coffee and tea are both bad to us. Coffee and tea are both having the caffeine. After drinking too much of coffee, I was poisoned by caffeine. The whole night, I couldn't sleep. My heart beat was terrible fast. The healthy drink should be cocoa and fresh milk. ha! ha! ha! I hope I might not too late to respond to this discussion.
