anyone here use AT&T for phone service? do you have problems with them? i use them for prepaid and just got new phone and number and have put $30 on it and they have drained my account already.....they tried telling me i was on the web and sending text messages but at the time i supposedly did this i was sleeping now they won't put the time back on my phone......so what other companys are out there that offer prepaid that won't rip me off?

I use T-Mobile & they've been pretty good to me. I can't really complain about anything. Although, I've heard that their pre-paid isn't the greatest out there. It won't work in some places. I'd check the website before signing up for any other prepaid service. I've heard good things about virgin mobile too. I believe they work off of Sprint's network, I could be wrong.

I do not deal with prepaid anymore because they will get you for your money. I heard Virgin Mobile hasa good prepaid plan and you can even get one where you can pay by the month. Check them out at www.virginmobileusa.com and I am pretty sure you will save money.

I haven't really ever had a cell phone that had service to it. I mainly used it for the games and alarm and to hold numbers. My mom gave it to me but where I lived I didn't get service and I didn't get out much and it didn't have rollover minutes. I hope you find a way to solve this and get your money or minutes back. And find another company that is more trustworthy.

That is sad that company's do people that way especially when they prove they didn't do it. I wish you better luck with new company.
