Will your kids see the Madagascar 2 movie?

Okay we didnt see the first one, but a friend and her kids asked my son and I to tsee this one tomorrow night. I know my son will love it, but for me, who will be more into the story behidn it not just the cute animals..lol, will i understand the plot without seeing the first one?

i saw the first Madagascar movie with my son and husband. we loved the movie so much. we are definitely be seeing the second one too. my husband doesn't get paid until the 15th though, so we'll have to wait a week to see it. i think you should be able to see the second one without worrying about understanding the plot.

I'll take my cousins to watch this movie, they're doing the "I LIKE TO MOVE IT!MOVE IT" craze. I can't help but laugh on how they're excited to watch the sequel. They've actually watched the 1st movie and I was so happy that they enjoyed it very much. I'll treat them again so they'll not miss this one. ^^,

The whole time we were at the movie Friday, my son kept saying mom you told me it was about cars, i said no i didnt i said MADAGASCAR, he said yea..car..lol I said son, its about dancing lions..lol...he ended up loving the movie, and for 3 days now, i have had to hear the same thing..I like to move it move it...oy vey..but at least i know he had fun, and with the cost of movies (47.25 for 5 of us to see it) he had better have enjoyed it..lol

I've not seen the 2nd one yet but I've seen the first one several times and its too funny....The kids and I will be buying the 2nd one when it comes out on DVD..

i am not married and i even don't have kids. i watched the first movie ,was good and entertaining for viewer of any age. i haven't seen the second yet but after watching first i can say that second will also be great for kids.
