habits, good and bad

What are the top 1-3 habits you’d like to change or create? These can be anything, from exercise to eating healthy to quitting smoking or alcohol to doing yoga every day to waking early to putting things away when you’re done with them to being nicer to others. Anything. I'd really like to hear from you

I need to practice my tuba more often. Also, clean my dorm room everyday! It starts to get very messy in here with three people. I would like to also set a time of day when I sit down and try to complete all of my homework.

1. Waking Up late in the morning - I really admit to myself that I'm not a morning person. I hate people waking me up or disturbing in my good sleep. I work late at night so I request them to give me a good time sleeping. 2. Drinking a Lot of Sodas - I want to cut my Soda intake,. It makes my abdomen look fat already. 3. Midnight Snack Time - One of my friend here in mylot told me that eating during midnight is unhealthy. ^^,

I don't think eating late at night is harmful if you can wait one to two hours before going to sleep. Good luck with your habits, remember you have to truly want to give them up. Thanks for your response

I have the bad habit of worrying so much about everything. It keeps me from being truly happy. I need to get back into drawing and painting. I have a 9 month old so he keeps me busy.

Exercise, exercise, and maybe then I'll be moved to quit smoking again. I guess my faith is not strong enough right now to make that step again! Maybe some exercise will help. I used to do an aerobics regiment for years at 7:00 every morning. I don't know how I got so far from it but I wish I could make myself go back.

I have to exercise in the morning, be it the yoga or just some freehand, anything. I feel I need that. I do that when I get time, but I need to make it a routine. Have to cut on consuming junk foods too. Sometimes, I just don't have no choice but to get them. I am thinking anyway for a good way out. Need to develop a habit of interacting with anyone no matter who or what they are. That's a useful habit going to help me in the long run. ha ha, somewhat bizarre wish-list!

Hey, savypat.... this is your first avatar right....?????? looks good yar.. but, why this goat is inside a bag........??? I don't want to change my habit, coz, it is the unique way of living...... everyone must have certain unique habit..... you have to live in that habit...... no one can live your uniqueness......
