I became a vegetarian at four years old and gradually became a vegan to fully becoming one in my late twenties. I feel happier knowing that I am vegan because I love animals and enjoy eating a healthy diet. My favorite meal is salad and pasta with fruit juice to drink. There are meat alternatives in health food shops like tofu. I drink lots of soya drink and eat many nuts. I take vitamin B12 and iron pills to supplement my diet. I am really healthy and happy. I respect other people's dietary choices and vegan is perfect for me.

I am a meat eater but I am not sure I could eat meat only. I am the type that has to have a meat, a veggie and a starch with dinner. If one is missing, then I don't feel that the meal is complete.

I would rather be neither. I would rather be an omnivore. I do prefer chicken though, do not like pork that much, and like beef if it is lean round, love spaghetti and pasta dishes, also Chinese and Thai, when the latter is not that greasy. But i cannot see anyone eating all meat nor anyone eating all vegetables unless they include dried beans with that.

I would rather eat vegetables and be vegetarian than to eat meat everyday. I don't like to eat meat everyday as it is hard to digest and I prefer veggies than meat. For me vegetables are more healthier to consume than meat.

I would choose to be a meat eater. For this, maybe I would die earlier than the vegetarian, as the meat is probably much more unhealthy to vegetarian. However, I would still prefer to have meat as now I do not have much appetite if my meals does not have any meat in it.

I'm an omnivore. You need the nutrition that you can only get by eating a variety of foods, from both plant and animal sources. Otherwise you'll get nutritional deficiencies. I think what's more important though is that whatever food you eat, it must be safe- without residues from chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics, etc.

I suppose if I had no choice at all in the matter, and had to be one or the other, I would choose to be the one who eats meats only. I guess that commercial calls that a Meatatarian. LOL I just enjoy too many different meats. I like salami, pepperoni, shrimp, lobster, crab legs, and summer sausage. That's right I like the fattening stuff too. Not the pork or chicken, the meats that are good for you. LOL Vegetables on the other hand, I don't think there is a single one that I am just crazy about and simply could not resist no matter what. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my vegetables. But they're just not that irresistable. Have a great day!

i think the body needs both vegetables and meat, they each have vitamins and nutrients the body needs.

I had been a vegetarian for 15 years more than half of my life was living as vegetarian, I grew in a society where only vegetarian people is allowed to live. If you can't survive to eat vegetables then you will be kicked out from the place or so-called group of people. Everything that bleeds or has life (living creature) we don't touch or eat them because it was against that religion or beliefs.

Vegetarian. I do like to eat meat sometimes but if I had to decide I would prefer vegetables. But even than , wouldn't it be a little unhealthy for a person to eat vegetables only? Just like eating only meat, it can't be good for your health.
