Chemistry

I took a lot of chemistry subjects in college and I breezed through it so it made me wonder- why do other students have the perception that chemistry is a difficult subject?

I am a student of Applied Chemistry. I think the most important is intrest. If you could find something special, maybe you will be fond of it. And you will do well.

Personally chemistry is one of my favorite subjects despite my inability to master it; I find physics concepts much easier to grasp. If i didnt find chemistry so facinating then i would have no motivation to actually study it and i wouldnt really get it at all, making me hate it.

haha...I used to be in biochemistry in university and i had to change my study field. First all of the material taugh had no sens to me. There is stuff about DNA..that was pretty easy but the more the class went through, the more it got complex. Some people are not good in chemistry or biology so they go in the study field in which they are good at. For instance, I went into actuary which is like mathematicien and I do not know if many people could stand math but I am good at it. Probably I wont stand a chance in music department. I have no talent.It is easy for you but not for others.

i hate chemistry... what a tough subjectii but i will tell u one fact..it is the subject which is much more useful for our life... i mean our day to day activities.....

chemistry had always been my favorite subject. Students find it difficult to remember elements of the periodic table, but it is simple. Learn the elements by heart with only symbols. H He Li Be B C N O F Ne Na Mg Al Si P 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 As simple as that. I hope this tip helps any chemistry student

I feel the same way. I think the reason that it's perceived as so difficult is that it's not an easy A. If you don't do the practice homework or find help if you don't understand something, you won't do well on the tests. In my opinion, it's very similar to any math class in that way. You either get how to use the equations or not. There's really no inbetween.

it is really hard to mug up all that chemical formula ..that's why????? what do u think....
