to go with my other discussion on empty buildings in towns it reminded me of the buildings that you have in a town that you see become one thing.. then they go under.. another business moves in and goes under etc for YEARS!! do you think there is something wrong with the building? the ones i know of are in great locations!! or maybe management of the property charging too much? but after 10 years of something coming and going i would think they would lower it or figure that out!! do you have "cursed" buildings in your town??

I have seen a few places like that. Places will open up and seem to do a good business and then just close. It is sort of hard to say if that location is really cursed though since you never know 100% what is going on behind the scenes.

To the Chinese people (I'm a Malaysian Chinese), we have this thing called Feng Shui which is a calculation of different elements in our world. I think that's the simple way to explain it. It is actually very complicated. Few years ago, a new building was constructed, a very tall building. And at certain angle and direction, it is actually pointing directly at a building belonging to Bank of China. This building used to be very popular but things started to change. Companies inside started to move out or close down. This is due to the bad "feng shui" elements emitted by this new building. In the end, they placed a large bronze BULL statue facing the new building. And companies started to prosper and the building became popular again. Some people don't believe in this, but it is very real. It's not fiction. :) So my answer is - curse, maybe. But sometimes a building failed to do well is also because of other elements. ;)

I think so. If there's a building that is not occupied for a long time. There must be 'something' in it. Probably it gets haunted.
