Do you complain about the outcome if you didn't vote?

As long as you weren't deprived of your right to vote, then why didn't you seize any chance to change the outcome? If you at least tried then at least you'll know all complaining is justified. Hope those people get better luck next time though ^_^

i complain that in the voting papaer there is no "none" to choose. if there was something like think i would vote for that. but no i dont complain, i think whoever is elected not much will change. ppl in politics are all the same. they have good ideas on some subject but bad on other. and always will be some part of country not satisfied with politics.
