Yes they are behind with payments because of the huge number of people who have joined, and it is still less than a year old. You should just use it for your normal searching and don't expect regular payments. You have to earn £20 to qualify for payment and then wait a minimum of 45 days from the end of that month before you will be paid. I have been paid twice and I have another payment due, but I'm not worried about how long it may take to pay me. The site is operated by a registered company and they have a two year contract with Yahoo.

myhpf was paying regularly till April to their members, but after that they stopped paying. There are many myhpf members who are waiting for their payment from myhpf for many months. I would have candidly said that it is a scam if it were not associated with Yahoo. For yahoo reputation, there are many people still hoping they will get their payment.

I have started a discussion related to this last week and if you search in myLot you would also find more discussion on this subject. Most of the responses that we will get is that some people have been paid once and then no more payment after that. I have been a member since the day that they just newly launched and I have been paid once under the previous owner of the program. The current program owner now owes me almost GBP50 and the status said that payment is due by the end of October 2008. However, no payment has been received and I have checked with others and they did not get their payment as well. So, if you want to keep on using this program, it is at your own risk but if you look at it from a different perspective, until they have been confirmed as a scam, we could still always use the search as they are using Yahoo! for the search and that is good enough for the normal search that we do. So, there is really no harm for us to just do it and hopefully, it would turn out to be a good program. Cheers!
