i have faced interview actually only one time for a company called TCS and i was rejected. in starting it was fine going very well but after wards he started to ask me about my look and i was feeling very nervous. i haven`t shaved that day and he was asking me why have u not shaved today and i was unable to answer that one.

I had one last month,it went well,and I acted confident even though I was so nervous.And I think knowing when to say the right thing at the right time is very important.

i have faced four interviews in pharma companies for technical department . in that technical knowledge is must, u should expert in your domain area, in this interview comunication skill is not that that much imp as in marketing, One major thing is that if u have exp in reputed companies there is no problem to get selected and if u have update knowledge of the all new tachniques and skill ten thr is no problem to survive and growth.
