Why not vote for the first woman african american president?

I've been following the election since I first heard of Ron Paul. I've noticed that people are so excited that the first african american won the presidency, but where was the media coverage for the candidate that could have been the first woman and first african american? Cynthia McKinney, of the green party, could have been the first woman and first african american president. That would be historical as well. That would be amazing, but where was the media coverage. There wasn't any. Why can't I hear the ideas of all the candidates? I do not like the two party dictatorship, for it limits the choices of americans. Everyone is so happy that Obama won, but why is no one excited that a black woman ran, and why was there no media coverage? The answer is simple. We are voting between red and blue, and that is it. Americans have no real choice, and americans know they are voting for the lesser of two evils when they pick their president. So, why not vote for the first woman and first black president? *I am proud to say I voted third party, whether people think it was a wasted vote or not. I'm trying to open the process up with my vote for third party candidates.
