career wise, exactly how old is too old???

You are never to old to do what you want. If you want to try something new or go back to school don't let age hold you back. I've been thinking of going back to school myself. I wouldn't say quit your job and fly by night but the thing our age gives as an advantage is the experiance to plan things. Do what you want cookieweber. You'll never be to old for that.

I am 36yo, The only one older in this company. Am working with young person in this company. Sometime am feel worry, in my country woman already old like me is not easy to make another jobs so like or not we must stay working in this office until am retired. Sometime i want move to another company can give me high salary more than in here.

I say you aas old as you feel, if you are good at what you do and enjoy it then it should not matter what age you are. I am in my 40 and am much older then several of my employees. I notice them talking sometimes about things that I don't know as mcuh about since I was already grown by then, it makes me feel old soemtimes but I try not to let it bother me. Only then would it start to affect my work.
