terminating lease agreement

I just got an apartment with my husband 3 months ago but it turned out that I got pregnant I do not want to live there anymore because of the conditions and details that with time we have been noticing such as the tube where the water comes out in the shower is not for water that tube is used specifically for the electricity then it is tied with a shoe lace so that it wont move around, the hot water pressure is very low not to mension that the walls are still written on with crayons from the previous residents and the owner has not had a chance to go and paint them is there any way that I can terminate my lease because that is not such a very healthy place for my baby to live? the lease says that is for one year but it does not specifies anything on terminating it early
