What a Surprise

To this Day I thank God for giving me the wonderful Children that I have got I am one of the lucky People to have 2 wonderful loving and thoughtful Children Last week, my Son was working about half an hour away from where I live, he came to see me Tuesday and Thursday Night, he had hoped that they would be able to get the Job done Thursday and he would have stayed the Night Thursday, but they hadn’t finished totally so he still had to go to work Friday Morning. Later on Thursday Night he rang me and asked me what I was going to be doing the Friday, I said “Not a lot, just going to be catching up on some things” His reply was “Oh right” I asked him why, he said that he was just wondering. The Children always ask me what I will be doing when they ring me. Well yesterday at 11am while I was walking Gissi, I decided to ring my Son, to see if he had finished and if he was on his way Home, he said yes he had just set of to head up North, he asked me where I was, well I was not far as my Boy still has my Car lol, I get it back next week, so I told him just out with Gissi and he said oh right. I told him to drive careful and let me know when he gets home, he said he will. Well, I fed little Gissi, tidied round a bit and then got settled on the Computer, my Doorbell rings, must be the Post Lady. I open the Door and I just stare at the Person standing there, my Son says you going to let me in Mum, and get wrapped up warm I am taking you out for the Day, he was a bit upset as we could not take Gissi, but well he was fine. Well my Day out was at a Zoo close by to me and what a Day we had. Yes we had to rest a lot, because of me, but my Son did not care and told me to stop being silly when I was close to tears because we had to stop and rest Both my Children have sprung surprises on me many a time, I know how lucky I am to have them, People who know me, know that I was told at the age of 17 I would not ever have Children, due to something that happened to me when I was 5 and had to endure for 2 years then again at the age of 14, my Ovaries are damaged, I went through hell both times in my Pregnancies to hold onto my 2 Miracles, and I would do it again, My 21 year sham of a Marriage, the verbal, mental abuse, at times physical abuse, has given me the most wonderful Children and I will always be grateful for that I now have the most loving and caring Man, who I found 7 years ago, who became my best Friend and 3 years later it became a relationship, he has restored the believe in me that not all People are bad, I have 2 wonderful loving Children and I have my little Gissi, Yes I am disabled, but through this Illness I have found wonderful loving caring Friends, who I love very much I always knew I had a Guardian Angel, but many times I used to ask her where she was, well later on I understood that she was always there, if she had not been, I would not have got through all them years of fear, sadness, loneliness, until 6 years ago I did not realize this
