Why do people judge your physical appearance?

I'm one of the people bless with a huge heart and a huge body. but its really cool for me to be extra large in size. as long as i can live my life well and not harm any people around me. my only problem is that some people judge me by my looks. say names about me. i really hate it. why do people do this stuff to others?is this their way to be notice?or what?
