my favorite food would be a traditional middle eastern dish called Dawali. It's flavor is sour but not like grinding your teeth sour... Dawali mainly consists of: Grape leaves (green, not hard but soft young leaves, not old brittle ones), rice, parsley, minced meat, and tomatoes. Dawali's sour like flavor come from the leaves as well as the tomatoes. The green leaves are plucked after the grapes start coming out and some of their sourness travels to the leaves. The remaining sour flavor is contributed by tomatoes and a bit of salt. The leaves are washed, strained, boiled then rolled with the meat, rice, parsley in side. Chicken or meat under the rolled leaves and tomatoes between the layers. A bit of olive oil and is covered with water, some people add tomato sauce... but that returns to personal liking...
it takes time to prepare but cooking time is around 30 - 40 minutes depending on the amount made and whether meat or chicken is used. Usually people use chicken. I love this dish so much now you made me want some lol...

If we consider only cooked food then i would say south indian food like dosa, vadha and utapam are my most favourites. Pizza's is also one of my best likings. Otherwise i love to have fruits as such and would miss my lunch or dinner and just have fruits instead.

My favorite foods probably come in the form of soup. I really like canh chua, which is a vietnamese soup. It translates into sour soup apparently. Its made with tamarind and various things put into it such as celery, tofu, tomatoes, etc. I don't eat it with any sort of fish though - since I'm not a huge fan of seafood. Also, I really enjoy my mother's version, and my auntie's (which has some bamboo stuff) in it. Thanks.
