Can we wear glass to prevent radiation from computer ???

I recently feel getting sleepy and tired when i look at computer for quite long time.
Today i shopping then meet a salesman mentioned that wearing glass may prevent radiation from monitor and also protect our eyes.
Is it true ??? hope anyone can tell me this

I do not wear my glasses when I use the computer. I suppose this is a bad thing. I have been using a computer for over twenty years. That must be bad. Cheers!!
