Okay does it have something to do with the Chinese calendar? Though I think that would make him only 21, not 25. Some other calendar?

He was a late registrant? Like my father who was born in 1944 but was registered in 1946 and had to correct a lot of his documents. So maybe he was actually born in 1955.

Ok was he born on February 29th? I'm thinking this would have to be someone born on leap year and then would have to die on leap year to? I'll be waiting on the answer to this one! LOL

Well, 1980 was indeed a leap year, I think but that is not the reason all the best urban
