Cha Cha is only for US residents?

Hi, I tried to registered there but I think is only for US residents, am I wrong? Has anyone else outside US got registered there?

Yes, to be a chacha guide you must have a U.S mailing address and be authorized to work in the U.S. To find out more information just go to become a guide and hit faq's it will list the requirements needed. Hope this helps!

even i think it is only for US users as i tried registering there but i was unsuccessful and that is for mobile users in US which is not possible for any one outside US.
