Whats Wrong with this picture?

Just as I was about to call it a night and plan my return to the lot on monday I came across an ad that really just made me take a step back. We all know the diet ads are fake and now I have concrete proof. Please take a look at the picture posted here and tell me if you can spot the same thing Me and my daughter saw! I will be back on monday and we can discuss it further! Have a happy Sunday!

Hmmm let's see could it be that one has a totally different skin color? That is just unbelieveable. Like no one would ever notice something as big as that. I know that when I lose weight that my skin goes white, I mean all that tan really weighs alot...

That's so funny! That diet does some unexpected things, I wonder if it has some kind of warning on the box, like "health warning: in some people, this diet may cause extreme changes in skin colour and may even change your race".
How can they expect people to take it seriously after that? (And, I agree with the person who said that it doesn't look like much of a diet anyway!)
