How to keep mind cool?

When people get physically tensed, so many problems were occuring to them! in my mind, to keep your mind cool take a early morning air, exercise, and take a healthy and nutritious foods three time a day. DO you have more tips about keeping your health good and keeping your mind cool for physically tensions?

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.
