The length of time that you spend on myLot does not affect your earning. The only things that get counted are the discussions that you started, the discussions that you responded to, the photos that you uploaded and the same activities that your referrals do (if you have any). You would not get anything from your referral if they are not active and do not earn anything. The reason that you only got 1 cent is because you are not having enough length in your discussion. As a rule of thumb, try to post at least four sentences in each of your post and then you would see the difference. I joined myLot quite recently and work my way through last month and managed to reach the minimum payout. I set 35 cents per day as my daily earning target and currently, based on the last update, I am still on target to reach another payout this month. As to how many post I need to do to get 35 cents, based on experience, I need at least 10 but not more than 20 per day. With that I had managed to get 55 cents as the highest daily earning so far. So to make life easier, try to do about 300 posts or more if you need to reach $10 at the end of the month. All the best to you and that can be done. I am doing it. Cheers!

the time or the days spent on Mylot do not affect the earnings . Good earnings come from the quality content posted and the quantity of the posts . That is the Quality and the Quantity , both are equally important for earning from this Mylot . A Mylotter has to be active here with a) starting good quality discussions ; and partcipate in own discussion b) responding to others discussions ; and commenting on interesting posts c) rating ("+" , "-" , "!") others discussions / posts / comments . d) uploading relevant images (when permitted) to the discussions and replies . e) use good tags when starting / responding a discussion

Be active in posting high quality articles here. With this, you will earn plus one reputations from us, given we find them worth reading. Also we will be responding to your topics when we find them interesting. You can also be more creative to catch our attention and read your articles. ^_^

If u refer someone...that doesn't add anything to ur credit, but if the reffered member is active and takes part continuously, then u get a part of his earnings. And for ur work, you will get as much as u work, if you start discussion ur earnings depend on how many ersponses u get, and if u respond, you will get paid for it, if someone adds comments then also u get some benefit....I have explained u as much as i know...remaining details...only mylot knows..length of discussion etc also matters.

I try to post about 10 or so posts per day. I don't know the secret about how much each post is or how much you get for a photo. It must be complicated, because it is not self-evident. My only advice is to post alot and to post several sentences worth...sometimes you can't, but in general just keep on keeping on.

The mylot earnings system is very complicated and the only thing I can really advise you to do is keep posting...but make sure your responses are of very high quality. I mean quantity is important but your discussions and comments need to be really in depth and as descriptive as you can make them. Also adding and commenting on pictures added by other users helps add to your mylot earnings. I'm not sure if gaining a best response helps also but I don't think it's a bad thing if you achieve one and it can only help add to your account balance I would have thought.
