Irregularity in financial dealings

There are several people who often do not go straight in financial dealings. While taking money they are very polite. However, when comes the time for returning money, they behave in a very odd way. Some will stop meeting you, a few starts breaking commitments repeatedly giving silly reasons, may be at the height a few will start denying. I came across one or two, who even turn the case by saying others exactly the reverse.
These people spoil the relationship first of all. Secondly, the pitiful persons too become reluctant to help others at need – just because of the bad experience gained through dealing with these bad people.
I too have burnt my fingers several times. Now, if I help anyone, I do for a very small amount. I think the money will not come back.

I also experienced something like that before. I lost more than 1000 USD because of trusting someone too much. That much money I should be able to get it again from the internet in few months, but the feeling of being betrayed and scammed is really disappoint me and made me think that I should not believe anyone especially when it is regarding the money. You're right, when you are lending someone the money, you must never think about receiving back. That's all.

Well. I also agree with your points. That is why my best buddies kept saying that no matter how close you are with someone, even with your wife or your mother, all financial deals should be clearly written, signed and legalized. So when you are facing this kind of problems you are in a good position because you can force that person to pay you based on the document you posses. But it is actually hard to do since you should ask these things, which is uneasy for some people.
