What PTC sites actually still pay Free members?

Seems like every PTC site I checked out over the summer has either disappeared, stopped paying, or now requires members to pay to upgrade in order to receive anything. Neo is about the only good one left that I know of. Are there any out there that still pay free members and have been around at least for a little while? Which ones can you actually reach the payout on before they change the rules or disappear?

hi, there is still a lot of good and trusted website that pay free members, i have a list of these website that always pay on time, most of them have been around for quite a long time. if you wan to know more about it, go to my profile and take a look at my blog
