If a link doesn't properly work on PTC's sites........

Do you think the advertiser should be reimbursed for bad clicks? I click on a few PTC's nowadays and I notice that there are quite a few links that don't work properly. I'm sure the admin of the PTC's don't mind one bit as long as they have already received the money from the advertiser. What do you think, do you think the advertiser should be given some sort of refund or more clicks? Do you even care, as long as you are paid the amount promised to you? What if, the PTC's decided not to pay for bad links? What would you do?
