How to fund paypal

I am Indian. I am a verified member of paypal. I want to pay one of the merchant through paypal. Problem is i dont have sufficient fund in paypal. But i have linked my credit card to paypal. So i pay through paypal then is paypal takes money from crdit card and pays merchant or just bounces by request? How can i go forword in this?

You can make a payment adding a CC to your paypal account. Suppose you have $20 in your PP and you need to send $30, then your CC will be charged for the balance amount of $10. Thats all. I have made payments using both the funds from PP and CC together successfully so many times. Hope this helps.Gud luck!

Thanks. I dont have any money in paypal account. But i have added credit card and i am a verified member. So i will go ahead. Thanks for your speedy response.

Thanks pals for the information. But i'll want to find out if one can add a virtual Credit Card to his Paypal and spend it like a real CC. This is in a situation where someone does not have a physical CC added to Paypal. I need help please.
