I live in a tropical and archipelagic country, so sunsets are really quite a sight here. My home town is also a coastal town so I just love watching the sun set at the beach. Where can you find beautiful sunsets? Can you describe what sets it apart and makes it unique?

You're lucky your place is near the coastal area. In my province, the only coastal area is located at the eastern part. It may have been good seeing the sunset their but the mountain ranges act as wall between the sea and my place. To go there, we would have to ride a plane going there. I always enjoy going to beaches and coastal areas because the sea is not accessible from my place.

where's your province? sunsets can also be quite nice with mountains but then again that still depends on the local terrain. and yes, I love beaches too.

I stay in Isabela, Philippines. My province is surrounded by mountain ranges especially the Sierra Madre mountain. Though there is no view for seashores, I find viewing villages from the top of hills also enjoyable. It is great watching green pastures from atop of hills.

really? I just went there this sembreak, at cabagan and sta. maria.. yeah, the place is nice. it's very pastoral and there's lots of rolling hills and wide plains at the same time. the sunsets at the plains are spectacular.

I'll be over the desert is the prettiest.. Cause it's all sky over the desert, which is how I read it explained in a book..

I can consider in my town, the most beautiful sunsets can be viewed. Our house is situated in the upper part of the mountain. It is elevated. When sunset sink in, you can almost touch it. You got the feeling that it's only miles away. Splendid and spectacular.

Hands Down My all time Favorite place to watch the sunset is Laguna beach California. I got a few times a year just for the sunsets (and some shopping) Another place I visit for unbelievable sunsets is Sedona Az. There is nothing to compare to the glow of the Red Rocks there. It is amazing. I love it there.... I also Live in sunny south Florida and the sunrise here in Palm Beach ain't bad either!

I would say paradise island in the Philippines, is a very nice place where to watch the beautiful sunset. It's nice to watch while the colors are changing while it's fading and the reflection from the sea as well even up to the mountains too. It's amazing how God creates the world and the beauty of nature. Enjoy life and more blessings!
