Are you honest with your boss?

Do you talk openly with your boss, especially when asked? Or do you actually take the initiatives to talk to your boss about your concerns? Or would you rather keep your mouth shut in order to prevent any backfiring?

Hey ! I usually talk to my boss frank. I never hesitate discussing any issues with him . He is just like my friend with discussing with him . He never lets me down . Even help me resolving some issues . He encourages his team to be part of him and participate as more as we can . So I m fine with my boss and hope he s too.
