what do you think about dating between different races?

I have a woman at my job who is asian, and her husband is hispanic. And of course as I have heard and been told about the asian culture, her parents have dissowned her. They don't speak to her because she married outside her race. I don't know about the cutlure or religions of other people outside of america, but I think it is very sad and stupid to hear something like this. For someones parents to dissown a child for falling in love with someone who isn't asian. They have grandchildren that they will never meet. I don't really agree with the traditions of some people cultural backgrounds. To me, as long as you are with someone who loves, respects and treats you good it shouldn't matter. I'm black, and I allready feel like there isn't anyone out there that would accept me into there home. I pretty much know if a chinese girl brought me home to meet her parents they would loose their mind. Is it like this with all cultures? I think it sucks that people are raised this way. We all bleed the same color. I would feel a little funny meeting the parents of a white woman,or a korean. But I would want to met them. The question is would they want to meet me?
