old people's mentality

I think the old people want attention. I think if you give her enough TLC she will eventually agree to use the walking stick. Maybe she says not using it as an excuse to be closer to you. I hope you can make her use the walking stick soon.

haha.. your mom is stubborn..i think.. well most old people are.. in my opinion..all we have to do is let them realize the things they cant do anymore because they gained some years.. eventually, they'll help themselves live better.. like if your mom wont use a walking stick..just let her walk without it..and she'll feel that she cant move a step more if she doesnt use it.. :) nice post..:)
