The wealth of ourselves

Our time and energy, our passion and commitment, our smile and laughter, our care and unconditional love are the inner wealth that we have. These weath of ourselves are far more important than the material wealth that we have now.
In our fast-paced world people seldom have no time for family, friends and even for himself because he/she is busy preparing for the future. The end product is lying alone in the hospital because of too much work and lost all friends already.
Working just be enjoyable thats why we choose certain fields of learning so that we will enjoy exploring that field with passion and commitment to its every duty. The end result, working is a death penalty for us to have a life.
Stretching the lips from left to right won't cost anything ... just a few muscles that will help you look younger but until now it is still difficult for most people to smile and even laugh to their heart's content. Don't worry what people will say. They have no right to judge you.
Reaching out or simply extending a hand to lift or guide someone is a basic sign of showing you care. It isn't difficult and it won't cost a penny. Though these days due to practicality, love is exchange for comfort and money. Love should be nurturing not torturing.
I hope we learn to value and appreciate the wealth of ourselves. Money is nothing if we get sick because money alone cannot walk to the pharmacy to buy us medicines. It is still people who's gonna do it. They are simple but they are difficult to do.
Hope to be hearing your opinion MY FRIENDS!!!

Hi leateagee,
It is so true, people don't have time for the more important things in life because work comes first, we used to work to pay the bills but now it having to work longer hours just to have material things and forget family time, I have a little quote here, "In A Rat Race, Even If You Win, You'r Still A Rat."

That is a very nice quote. People in our generation need to be reminded of these import things because we are all too busy now. What matters to most of us is the survival on this planet. We work and work and work. Thnak you so much for sharing your valuable opinion. Take care =)

Your words are so true leateagee and something for all members to think on. Being human and understanding that true wealth isn't always money but the helping hand and kindness of our hearts to give to others who need it.
It is true that money means nothing when we are sick and it is more valuable to have a friend or just someone to be there for us in a time of need. Thanks for posting such encouraging words!

You're welcome bamakelly. I decided to post this because I just noticed that since we are in a fast-paced world we are becoming technology dependent and we neglect the importance and value of people. "No man is an island" So even we have all the high tech gadgets, we still need each other. Valuable people like family, friends, husbands, wives, children, neighbors and ourselves must be given proper care and attention. Thank you so much for sharing to me your valuable opinion. Take care =)
