what's the first thing you do when you wake up

I am currently in the process of potty training my daughter, so I have to jump out of bed real fast and run to throw her on her potty chair. I have to catch her within 10 minutes of her waking up otherwise she wets her diaper. Once she uses the potty I give her breakfast and lay on the couch until I absolutely need to get up to get ready for work.

I get my son ready for school. On the weekends, I will get on the computer. Weigh before then, I will go to the bathroom to do whatever that I have to do..
