Aloe vera is a great herb to help with acidity. Believe it or not, so is garlic. Parsley is also another herb that helps combat acidity. Both aloe vera and garlic have many wonderful properties that keep the body healthy!

There are many reasons that can contribute to acidity and you should first determine the cause before trying to treat it. Stress, over-eating, food allergies are just a few of the causes. There are several natural ways to reduce the acidity in your body. One of the best is to drink freshly-made cucumber juice. Other ways for very quick relief from heartburn symptoms... eat organic apples, raw cucumbers (peeled), brown rice, and walnuts. Try sipping a glass of pure, filtered water with a couple of teaspoons of raw, organic apple cider vinegar, or baking soda. A teaspoon or two of baking soda in filtered water works well for my brother-in-law. These are just a few ways to relive the effects of heartburn, but to treat it properly, you need to find the root cause to the problem. Most often the diet is to blame, but stress can also be a big factor for acidity in some people. What type of diet do you eat... many processed foods, fast foods? Do you rush through your meals, especially while working? Have you been diagnosed with food allergies All/any of these can be the cause of the problem and the easiest way to treat the problem is to eliminate the cause. I hope something in this post helps you find some relief!

Hello, I have your cure. I use it and it rocks. Its called, "Wild Mediterranean Source Wild Handpicked P73 Oil Of Oregano" Its all natural and made my a company called,"North American Herb And Spice". Look this stuff up, its kinda expensive, but totally worth every penny. You just take 2 drops under your tongue or in a drink 1 to 2 times per day. It takes about 3 weeks to a month or so before you start to notice a difference. Then all of a sudden, you'll notice your acid content is normal!! Mine was so bad even water would give me acid/heartburn and because my stomach was so acidic I always had to eat...constantly food would burn up because of my acidic stomach but, it helped the burning. Good luck, this stuff is a miracle cure. (make sure you get the stuff I suggested, there are different grades and some aren't good for constant use. The above is about $50 per 1 fl Oz. or so. I get mine from http://www.p-73.com OUT2WIN (+)

1. Take a cup of water and boil it. Add 1 tsp of Aniseed (Saunf) to the water and leave it overnight. On the next morning, filter the water and add 1 tsp of honey to it. Drink it thrice a day and bid goodbye to acidity. 2. Take a cardamom and a clove and powder it. Consume it like a mouth freshener after having your each meal. Not only this remedy will take care of your acidity problem, but also will keep away bad breath. 3. Take about 1-½ liters of water and add 1 tsp Caraway seeds (shah jeera) to it. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Drink it while warm at least 2-3 times a day for 5-6 days.
