What exercie you do can keep our healthy ?? I am going jogging now :)

There are a lot of exercise to keep our health, such as walking , running. The important thing is to keep doing that, do it every day. After a period of time, you will see the result.

A lot of fitness trainers I have worked with in the gym (when I used to work out) said the best exercise is doing cardio activity. Of course, aero activity also keeps it balanced but cardio makes you sweat (which is good) and and make your heart circulate better. Jogging or brisk walking is a good source of cardio activity.
