skype---can't sign in just a moment ago

i live in china.as i know,this is a nationwide event in china.someone has called customer service which is just an agency,it is said they just adjust server,wait for some moments and sign in later?and not telling the detailed time when can we sign in later.before this they don't announce the user,i think it's too rough,opps! other place over the world,elsewhere?have the same situation with you,fellow mylotter? ps:now recovered
