How many of you here tried making reviews in Review Stream? Do they really pay? I came across that site and they pay $2 per review made and 10 cents per view. When I searched it in google some say it's a scam. What do you guys think?

I have come across that site but have not subtitled any review so far. This is good start of discussion and hope someone more experienced with Review Stream will come up with his experiences. To me it seems a scam and not heard much about this site like Ciao.

Yeah it is somewhat like Ciao but it pays more. You are paid $2 per review here. But the bad thing is that there are a lot of posts that it is a scam. :(

Well, it's not too good to be true for some sites even pay MORE.

Even though they have posts scamming other sites THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM THEMSELVES!!! I sent 5 well-written reviews on products I'd used/was using, all neatly edited and written in the first person. One was for an over-the-counter medication and included personal information about my and my daughter's health, so can hardly be said to be factual only. This was over a week ago - and so far I've had nothing published and not a dime sent. This has really p****ed me off. I spent a long time composing and editing these reviews, because in my case IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. I know I can earn $50 an hour with my skills, so I'm not going to waste time holding out for 0.20 to be added to my PayPal account! But what I need is that old Catch 22 of all new writers - an active portfolio stuffed full of my work. I signed up to this site thinking I would be getting this - in return, I wasted a good weekend and received an insult to my talents. They haven't said my writing wasn't good enough to be published, because they know they can't get away with this. Tons of other posts on the site are littered with spelling and grammatical errors, and they get published, so why can't we? Because they're scamming us. That's why. Avoid. Go to Helium. Go to Suite101. Go anywhere that is genuine about pubishing you if you have genuine talent, but keep away from sites like this and Ciao. They are NOT for professionals. You'd earn more filling out surveys at 0.10 a time.
